TEMPLE LIGHTS
It just so happend that we decided to go to the temple lights on the opening night. it was kinda a last minute decision, because donnies sister and her family decided to stay an extra day. it was really neat to be there when they first turn the lights on, i have never experienced that before. they had musical numbers, and a speaker. also brooke from the last american idol was there. she was the one who turned the lights on, so it was pretty cool seeing her. of course they had the people picketting outside of the temple grounds. they must have got pretty bored because we were only there for like 30 min, and then they were gone.

How fun! I can't wait to go to Temple Square and see the lights. They're always so pretty. Ogden has an awesome all month thingy in the park on 25th where they put up all these adorable little santa houses and workshops and they are all lit up with huge windows that are decorated inside with moving santas and elves. It's so cute. I wish you guys lived close, we could all go together. =(
cool! i saw brroke white at my activity days at church cause her mom babysat my leader!we are gonna see them right before x-mas!
We'll have to see if the San Antonio Temple does lights, I haven't heard of anything, but you never know. We finally got a cold snap to come through south Texas, hopefully it'll stay around for a while. I can tell it's been a while since the last cold because when we had our military workout session (also known as P.T.)in the morning it was freezing to be outside. Kinda funny to hear people complain how cold it was. I admit it was a bit chilly, but I loved it. Anyhow, take care and have a merry Christmas and a great New Year
